The Seaweeders Garden Club of Bay Head and Mantoloking will hold a mini gardening fair Saturday to demonstrate environmentally responsible gardening techniques at the grand opening of the group’s new experimental garden, located at the Bay Head recycling center at 214 Park Ave.
